What is the difference between a print and an original painting?

A print is a high quality copy of an original Ifique Art design.

Prints are available on high quality matte paper that will not pucker or wrinkle. They will be delivered in a tube or box after being carefully packaged.

Canvas prints are available on fine‑grained, museum‑quality canvases made to last with UV fade-resistant printing and a scratch-resistant clear coating. Canvas prints come with an easel back for free-standing display. They are tightly wrapped on a 0.5" thick internal frame with no staples. Canvases are delivered in a standard box after being carefully packaged.

Original artwork is hand made and delivered in it’s original form. Hand-painted canvases are typically crafted on archival-quality, 100% cotton, stretched canvases with a combination of acrylic paints and markers.

When will my items be shipped?

All items are shipped within 5-7 business days through USPS Standard Shipping unless otherwise noted on item. Arrival times vary between 5-7 business days and can be dependent upon shipping location.

Emails containing tracking information will be sent when your order is shipped. If you do not receive your tracking information within 3 business days of purchasing, please contact me at ifiqueart@gmail.com

What is the return and exchange policy?

All items are final sale and are non-refundable nor exchangeable unless approved by emailing ifiqueart@gmail.com. If approved, a receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete your return

Exchanges (if applicable) - Only items that are defective or damaged can be replaced. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send an email to ifiqueart@gmail.com with an image attachment of the product.

What is the copyright and image use policy?

All artwork and content produced by Destiny for Ifique Art is legally protected by U.S. & International copyright laws. Under NO circumstance is it permitted for you to use any Ifique Art artwork for commercial purposes, without proper and prior permission from the artist.

This includes merchandise of any kind, prints, apparel, books, advertising or any other for-profit purposes. You may not use the artist's work to represent a brand that is not affiliated with Ifeque Art without written consent. You may not use the artist’s work for your own branding, including your logo, website, advertising or product packaging.

Ifique Art retains the copyrights to all artwork produced by the artist, regardless of having sold the original image. Unless you have a signed contract with the artist that grants permission, you may not use an image for commercial purposes, regardless of whether or not you own the original artwork.

When sharing any Ifique artwork online via social media or a website, please credit Destiny V, Ifique Art, or ifiqueart@gmail.com in the caption, tagline, or body of text.
